Raising Confident Eaters

In this six week on-line course you will learn how to prevent/minimise fussy eating, challenging food behaviours and support your child to feel relaxed around food and their bodies.
The course is made up of 6 x 1 hour online sessions. During these sessions, we will cover the following:
- Weaning – the when, how, what and which method
- How to build a healthy relationship with all food
- When to worry and when not too! – allergies, gagging/choking and food refusal
- The impact of your child’s food environment – family, friends, social media and the food industry!
You will be part of a friendly and supportive group, with everyone being on the same journey.
